Wick Farm
Wick Farm has 52 homes and as the name suggests is surrounded by farmland with three Grade II listed buildings, including a well house that was probably built as a folly. The park is on the edge of a housing estate with a parade of shops including a community centre and a doctors surgery and excellent bus services to Headington just a mile away and also to the centre of Oxford running every 10 minutes during the day.
Bayswater Farm
Bayswater Farm is a small friendly park with just 15 homes. The local shopping centre of Headington is just a mile away and the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the park. Buses to Headington and central Oxford run every 10 minutes during the day. The neighbouring estate has a small parade of shops and a community centre with doctors' surgery. From the park entrance you can walk out into the countryside following the local footpaths.
Bayswater Mill
Bayswater Mill is an attractive and peaceful park with 29 homes. Many of the residents take great pride in their gardens and our most senior resident who has lived on the park for over 40 years won Oxford in Bloom competitions for many years. The park is bordered by trees and the Bayswater Brook. The local shopping centre of Headington is just a mile away and the bus stops outside the park entrance running every 10 minutes to both Headington and central Oxford. The neighbouring estate has a small parade of shops and a community centre with doctors surgery.
St Nicholas Park
St Nicholas Park is situated in the attractive and popular village of Old Marston. It has 50 homes and is ideally located for access to the centre of Oxford, the hospitals and the Oxford ring road. It is in easy walking distance of the bus stop and several local pubs, including the famous Victoria Arms on the river. The beautiful St Nicholas church is just outside the entrance to the park.
